The Gift Card is valid for one year from the time of issue and to fly within 12 months from the time of booking. It is not refundable, not even in the event of theft or loss. To use the Gift Card, select the flights you are interested in on the website www.Ita-Airways.com and enter the e-coupon code, which you will receive after completing the purchase of the Gift Card, in the Discount Code box. The e-coupon code can only be used for bookings involving only one adult passenger at a time. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase tickets for children up to 12 years old. The purchase of tickets for children/infants can only be completed via the Contact Center by calling 800 936090. In the event that your e-coupon has a higher value than the air ticket purchased, the code can be reused multiple times until the coupon has no more remaining value. If the value of your e-coupon is lower than the ticket price, you can make up the difference by paying the additional amount by credit card at the time of booking.
